I hope so also, My first show I went to with them was a Brooklyn Dodgers show, it had to be one of their first shows and I been hooked since, The 1962 Mets shows, even the Yankees shows where the lines were down the hallway, I miss those days.....

I went but was only there for a short time as I was getting Glavine, Thomas and Downing. So I got there around 12:40 and left around 1:30. Crowd was pretty sizable while I was there. I'm not sure what people consider light or heavy but my ticket numbers were 102 for Thomas, 108 for Glavine and 50 for Downing (I was pretty much end of the line with those numbers on each though). Glavine also had a higher tier of ticket that seemed to have a nice size additional stack on the table - my ticket was for flats/balls.
All the early Mets guests were gone before I got there so I have no idea how they did. Gooden was signing while the rest of the guys I was getting were there - his line went pretty quick but I wasnt paying much attention. Merrill, Gordon, Watson and Lopez had come in when I was heading out so no idea on those guys either.

dan, MAB is not good with replying to emails, but, they always answer the phone and are very helpful that way. You missed a very good event. Good location of hotel, free admission, Great lighting in ballroom, and, plenty of space outside of ballroom..and, in ballroom for that matter..but, the lunkheads still crowd around the front..if the numbers start at 1, and, you have 50, why do they crowd the entrance? All the guests I met were AWESOME...Jones, Mets Frank Thomas, Dr. Ron Taylor, CHisox Frank Thomas, Downing, Watson(one poor looking signature, theough), Lopez, and, Gordon...Tom Gordon could have been the nicest guest I have ever met. Humble, outgoing, asked me questions about my family, talking about his..he is so dedicated to his family and children...MAB ticket sellers and table handlers were awesome..went out of their way to make sure the right pens were used and product was signed in right place..especially a young man who sat with Dr. Taylor, and, Hector Lopez. The buzz was Glavine had an incredible walk up...a lot of inscriptions... Crowds were strong around the noon hour. Hopefully they have a great show in the same venue in May...

Had a great time at the show.
Got Gooden, Randy Jones, Glavine, and Al Downing. All were great, and Gooden and Glavine even leaned in for photos.
Looking forward to the next show.....................

no flyer for a May show...just speculation at the show based on the success of this one, and, the void on the calendar..to me, the week after Mothers Day could be a good fit...
